SHIPPING & RETURNS
ShippingOnce you have placed an order with us you will receive a confirmation email from us. When your Tapio cup is ready to be sent out to its forever home you will get another email from us along with tracking details (if tracked shipping selected). Please allow 2-4 days for your order to get to you. If you have any questions or issues about your order please do not hesitate to contact us at email@example.com and we will be happy to help
Tapio are food storage items and as such we only accept returns of unused items, or by reason of manufacturing default.
If you wish to return an item, please note that the goods must be accompanied by the official receipt/tax invoice you received at checkout. You may only return your Tapio to our warehouse for an exchange if they were purchased online at www.tapiocup.com. If you are wanting to exchange your Tapio that was not purchased online, it will need to be returned to the authorized Tapio reseller.
We do not offer store credits, so please take care with your selection and refer to the size and colour guides before finalising your choice.
We can only exchange items that have been unused in a re-saleable condition within 14 days of receipt of goods, for example:
- the item is in its original packaging; and
- the item is unused and as received
Please include your contact details, including the order number, name, email address and phone number, with your goods.
Please contact us to advise of a product return. A return must be requested within seven days of receiving your order.
You should then return your item(s) within 14 days of receiving delivery return details. Returns outside these time frames may be accepted at the discretion of Tapio and may only exchanged for an alternative product unless found faulty.
The customer bears the cost of return for all returns due to change of mind.
